Electrical..Lessee must furnish electrical outlet rate 115 volts no further than 75 feet from set up location or generator will be required.
SETUP..Our products must be placed over smooth compatible surfaces and outdoor rentals arranged so that the unit may be staked down.
OPERATION..Adult supervision is required at all times. All players must remove shoes. NO SILLY STRING, food or drink or other substances allowed in or around unit. A $50 CLEANING FEE will be demanded if unit is not properly respected.
WEIGHT LIMITS..Bouncers and bounce house slide: 400 lb limit. Rock wall and Barrel run have a limit of 2 players at a time and each player may not weigh more than 200 lbs. Boxing Rink, 4 in 1 Castle, & Backyard challenge have a limit of 600 lbs. Sports Challenge has a limit of one player per tunnel. Twister has a limit of 4 players.
TERMS OF LEASE ..The leasing party shall be in charge of operation and is fully responsible for operation after accepting delivery. ABC INFLATABLES is not responsible for any injuries to Lessee or to any party using the leased property. Lessee further agrees to hold ABC INFLATABLES free and harmless against any claims and Lessor whall be indemnified for any and all costs incurred to claims from anyon; including court costs and attorney fees, and any other related costs involving the use of the leased equipment. The leasing party is responsible for replacement value of the leased equipment in the event of theft, vandalism, fire or any act which damages or destroys the leased property.
Method of payment is CASH OR CHECK and is due ON OR BEFORE DELIVERY. If bank returns check unpaid, the lessee must pay cash in the amount of the check plus a $25 FEE within 5 days of notification. Otherwise check will be turned over to Sheriff Dept. with an additional fee of $50 plus all legal costs incurred.
WEATHER POLICY..If weather is questionable, lessee must decide prior to delivery. The full amount is due at delivery and is non-refundable. We cannot delivery on extreme wind days or snow and rain days.
